You may use your caravan for 11 months of the year. Dates will vary slightly each year but generally we close early January to early February.
Yes - timber or PVC-U decking as well as patios and car parking spaces can all be designed and installed to your specification when your new holiday home is ordered.
The ground rent (including rates and water) for the 2016 season is £2,995
Yes, in fact shared ownership between family and friends would maximise the usage of the property.
All units must be insured. Please speak to a member of staff about your options for insuring your caravan holiday home.
Your caravan is a holiday home and should not be used as a permanent residence. You must be able to prove that you pay council tax on another property.
Local water and sewage rates are included in the annual site rent.
Gas is supplied via 47kg bottles and you can pay for a replacement bottle at reception when you run out. Electricity is metered and charged to you quarterly.
This is a new development and we are only currently taking orders for new caravans.
The caravan is exclusively yours but you are welcome to invite family and friends to stay with you.
There is a 1 year manufacturer warranty on all of our new holiday homes.
